By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse the service — including sending spam, uploading unlawful content, attempting to breach security, or using the platform to violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly/quarterly/yearly). Every plan includes a free trial so you can fully evaluate the platform before paying. Trials convert to a paid plan only when you choose one. Applicable taxes may be added. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.
All subscription fees are strictly non‑refundable. Once a payment is made for any plan (monthly, quarterly, yearly or otherwise), it is final — we do not provide refunds, credits, or pro‑rated returns for partial billing periods, downgrades, plan changes, or unused time. We strongly encourage you to use the free trial to evaluate the service before purchasing. You may cancel anytime to stop future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
All of your data is encrypted at rest with AES‑256‑bit encryption and protected in transit with 256‑bit TLS/SSL. Each company's data is isolated in a multi‑tenant architecture, and passwords are stored using one‑way bcrypt hashing.
You retain ownership of all data and content you add (leads, files, documents). You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and will give notice where practical.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination you may export your data within the grace period.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established.
